On the bank of a river lies the body of a murdered young girl. Nearby, Samson (Daniel Roebuck) brags to Matt (Keanu Reeves) and his friends about how he killer her. Tormented with guilt, Matt questions himself; should he do what is right or live with the demon for the rest of his life.

Chattahoochee
Emmet Foley (Gary Oldman) is a war hero who is unable to adjust to civilian life. Loading his pistol, he takes aim at his Florida hometown, hoping to be killer by the police. Instead, he lands in a mental hospital. With the help of a fellow inmate (Hopper), Foley begins a campaign to correct the hospital’s vile practices.
